Super easy beef meatballs
INGREDIENTS
500g beef mince (10% fat)
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs (use nutribullet)
1/4 cup of grated parmesan
1/4 onion, chopped finely
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 egg
1 tablespoon of oregano
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients together using your hands. Make the meatballs about the same size as a golf ball. Place the meatballs in a preheated airfryer/oven at 170* for ten minutes, turning half way through. Delicious with pasta, rice or with salad in a pitta.
